Anne did a superb job at presenting lots of information in a fun and engaging format, which played to the various ways that people like to learn i.e. through visuals, collaborative working and reinforcing learning through fun elements.  With a varied and interesting background, Anne also used many engaging real live examples to demonstrate her teachings in action
