Improving Careers – I am an experienced coach with a particular passion for supporting people to explore new directions in their careers, so they can transition into roles that meet their goals for the next phase of their working lives.  I myself, have made a significant career change, having had an first career as a Forensic Firearms Expert, transitioning into business improvement roles and setting up my own ltd. company.

Improving Companies – if you are looking to improve customer experience, increase quality, reduce turnaround times or improve efficiency in your company then I can work with you to diagnose the issues, identify improvement actions and work through implementation to deliver sustainable performance improvement.
